Through our various projects and collaborations with artists and organizations around the world, we have made a positive impact in areas such as education, nutrition, and economic development.
Some of our specific initiatives and partnerships include:
Providing food, toys, and educational opportunities to children in collaboration with TOY (www.toyforeveryoung.com). We also offer yearly trips to Disney World for the 10 best students and provide scholarships and technical training to support their education and development.
Supporting artisanal communities in Ecuador through our partnerships with Arteducarte Quito and Galápagos Islands (www.arteeducarte.org),
Fundacion Azulado (www.fundacionazulado.org), and Fundación Chichi Puig in the Amazonia Ecuatoriana.
We empower women by boosting local income through the creation of handcrafted bracelets made from Tagua Vegetal Ivory, sourced from the Ecuadorian Amazon palm tree nut.
Also in partnership with the Municipality of Paute, we contribute towards the provision of breakfast and lunch for schools, distribute Christmas donations, provide clothing for adults, and establish homes for the less fortunate (with 10 already delivered).
We collaborate with Global Dreams USA (www.globaldreamsusa.org) in Colombia to support economic development and empowerment.
We collaborate with Bahia Fortaleza in Brazil to empower local women artisans, fostering economic independence, dignity, and respect through the creation of recycled aluminum soda pop accessories.
By recycling pop tabs through UAAF, we make a powerful statement for environmental responsibility while supporting single mothers and bolstering the entrepreneurial spirit within impoverished communities.
Our commitment to ecology is reflected in our eco-friendly line of aluminum handbags, belts, dresses, hats, and T-shirts. Thanks to the visionary Haute-Couture Designer, Roberto de Villacis, our dream has become a reality. We extend our gratitude to all the artisans who craft our pieces under the supervision of Ivonette de Oliveira, a dedicated teacher and mentor, guiding women in the art of weaving and ensuring impeccable quality control.
We provide support to Centro Escolar Hermano's Dunklee (www.hermanosdunklee.org) in Nicaragua, which serves 320 children in the Managua Camilo Ortega region.
We engage in programs such as the International Solidarity Human Rights (www.ishr.org) and Class in the Box in the USA, while also backing the International Hispanic Theatre Festival of Miami (www.teatroavante.org).
Furthermore, we extend our support by providing scholarships through esteemed institutions like the Broward International Women's Club (www.browardinternationalwomensclub.org) and Nova University.
We collaborate with SIMAN ORCHESTRAL FOUNDATION (SIMANOF) which is a nonprofit foundation that contributes to the orchestral training of children and youth from two (2) years old, in order to provide an opportunity to grow professionally and personally in today’s globalized world
